Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.

Shipping Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays. We are not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is provided, we cannot guarantee replacement or refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.
